Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice in south west London. They are looking for a talented Visualiser to join their Visualisation team and assist in supplying images and animations to support their planning applications. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the production of Verified Views, internal and external marketing imagery, and the coordination and maintenance of material and asset libraries.

The studio works across a range of sectors, including hospitality, commercial and masterplanning, and specialises in residentially-led mixed-use schemes. They have many years of experience both in the refurbishment of listed buildings and the implementation of new build developments on redundant or brownfield sites. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project teams to supply images and animations to support planning applications.
  • Production of Verified Views
  • Production of both internal and external marketing imagery
  • Co-ordinate and maintain material and asset libraries
  • Continually improve the standard of visuals produced, researching new technologies to increase the speed and quality of output

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:

  • At least three years of proven experience working in a similar role within the architecture and design industry
  • Relevant experience in visualisation software, including 3ds Max using Corona/Vray, iToo Forest Pack and Railclone, SketchUp, Enscape, Vantage, Affinity & Adobe suites, as well as Microsoft 365 applications
  • A keen interest in new technologies and how they may improve workflow and output
  • Experience and knowledge of Verified View production and associated methodologies
  • Experience in 35mm photography using tilt and shift lenses
  • An interest in capturing stills and video using drones
  • Knowledge of camera tracking software for video montage production
  • Experience in VR
  • Be able to interpret architectural direction to quickly turn out design development renders
  • Excellent communication skills
