With a talented team of over 1,500 professionals, this firm specializes in tackling large, complex projects and delivering exceptional design solutions while nurturing collaborative relationships.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 15 years experience within architectural practice delivering large-scale international projects. This is a senior-level position requiring someone with experience in a similar high level role.
- Ability to manage teams/consultants and be involved with resource planning, financial management and project tracking aspects of project management.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IDP).
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project scopes effectively.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices, integrated design, and LEED guidelines.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
