Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience in managing high-profile and technically challenging design projects
- Strong background in architecture and a clear understanding of the industry's design process
- Ability to lead and manage project workflow from conception to completion
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts both in the UK and internationally. Middle East experience would be a strong advantage
- Capacity to deal with both high-level and detailed information and to strategize commercial response to
clients.
- Ability to respond and take decisions in the moment, read the room and think strategically on the spot.
