Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Around 4-5 years post part 3
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, ensuring high-quality design and presentation.
- A strong background in residential architecture, with a keen understanding of regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts clearly.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to creative discussions and design processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
