Although this is a relatively new studio, they are working on some incredibly exciting large scale projects in both the UK and the Middle East. These schemes range from new airport terminals to large housing and mixed-use projects and requiring a number of new people to join the team. The main project they are recruiting for however is a UK Passivhaus student housing scheme for which they are looking for a Project Architect with a strong sustainability background. Candidates will need to have ideally worked on similar scale projects with a leading AJ100 practice, have a proactive attitude and an inquisitive mind.
Skills and experience required:
- around 4-5 years year post part 3
- strong Rhino and Revit
- excellent design background
- be experienced within the large scale residential or transport sectors
- ideally have a strong sustainability ethos and BREEAM qualification
The office offers flexible working with 3 days minimum in the office.
