Our client is a large scale international project management and construction business who have an office in Saudi Arabia working on a wide range of projects. They are now actively seeking a senior Programme Manager with at least 18 years of experience to join their Riyadh team of over 100 people.
As part of the senior management team, the Program Manager holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Program Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the Client expectations.
As part of the senior management team, the Program Manager also holds the responsibility to assist in the setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for the assigned sub-program in accordance to the program’s procedures.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering field from an internationally recognized university and over 18 years work experience.
- Experience and demonstrated skills in project management gained on large projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership capability and pro-active approach to solving problems and getting the job done.
- Experience of working internationally.
- Master degree in Project Management or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are preferable.
