Their portfolio includes bespoke homes, housing developments, co-living spaces, and mixed-use projects across London, all designed to enhance the lives of their users. They offer a paid learning agreement for Part 3 Student’s course fees and also benefit from mentoring with help for case study and the practical skills and knowledge needed for a future in architecture.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of one year post-Part 2 experience or recently qualified architect status
- Proficiency in CAD, specifically Revit and AutoCAD, with direct experience on live projects within the UK
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D modelling (SketchUp)
- Good understanding of the UK Residential sector, Building Regulations, and Planning framework
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work collaboratively with consultants and contractors
- Strong organisational abilities and a great eye for detail
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
