Our client is a leading hospitality specialist that is currently looking for a Concept Design Architect with around 2 or 3 years of experience post Part 3 to join their vibrant and design-led Planning Team. This candidate should have worked in construction stages but now be keen to focus on planning stages.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
• Be able to work autonomously and lead on the direction of the design with a high level of technical competency
• Have a high level of planning knowledge
• Experience of working on D&A Statements
• Good command of Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup
