Our client is a large AJ100 studio in south west London who are currently seeking a communications coordinator. This person will be responsible for creating and distributing engaging and relevant content across various outputs, such as the website, email, social media, and press. They will also monitor and respond to the online conversations and feedback from our target clients and audiences. They need to manage and measure the effectiveness of the content and social media activities and optimize them accordingly. They will also carry out research and identify new trends, topics, and opportunities for content for social media marketing and campaigns.
Summary of main responsibilities:
- Marketing material
The writing and formatting of all marketing collateral including project sheets, CVs, practice profile sheets, presentations and brochures to a consistent tone of voice and working with graphic designer(s).
Assist project teams in preparing, formatting and proofreading key reports and exhibition material when required.
Manage all architectural and staff photography, filming and coordinate the image library with team administrators.

Coordinate the design and maintenance of the company website, including preparing regular content alongside other team members using our content management system - WordPress
- Social media and press
Manage, coordinate and measure effectiveness of activity of social media channels.
Maintain representation on external websites (NLA, RIBA, ULI etc)
- Awards and exhibitions
Manage, co-ordinate and prepare all award submissions and organise attendance at award ceremonies
Assist with events when required
Manage and co-ordinate involvement in architectural exhibitions when required

Monitor and share press coverage, industry news and project updates to all staff via the intranet
