CDM Compliance Building Manager/Assistant Manager

Our client is a large Architectural practice in east London that's currently looking for a CDM Compliance Building Manager/Assistant Manager with the following experience:

• has advanced knowledge of the CDM Regulations
• can assist the project teams with CDM Principal Designer requirements
• can present to clients and project teams
• can review drawings to advice on CDM issues
• can prepare pre-construction information and health and safety files
• has strong communication skills
• is self-motivated and can proficiency work collaboratively within a team setting
• takes responsibility for their work
