Our client is an international award-winning international studio who are now looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate must demonstrate a portfolio of delivering successful tenders. You will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. The role involves the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing bid strategies
- Providing thought leadership throughout the bid process, including reading and understanding customer requirements and creating winning bid solutions
- Preparing tender and associated project documentation
- Developing relationships with the customer
- Monitoring opportunity pipelines and lead conversion rates
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrable previous experience in a bid or pitch environment in a similar role
- A creative mind to interpret customer requirements and create innovative solutions
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
