Architect for superb Sussex studio

Our client is a design-orientated studio near Brighton that is actively seeking a fully qualified ARB registered Architect to join their team. The projects are complex and exciting with values up to £50m. You will be involved in the projects from RIBA Stages 0 – 7 and will work closely with the project Associates and Directors.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• ARB registered Architect.
• Sound knowledge of current UK Building Regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Lumion an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Full driving licence is desirable.

 The studio offers:

• Full time, permanent, office-based position.
• £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on individual ability and experience).
