With Brexit negotiations about to start, which regions are the busiest?

Now Theresa May has signed the letter that will formally begin the UK's departure from the European Union it is quite notable how different regions have been affected over the last few months. Although London has recovered significantly from the initial shock, the recent RIBA Future Trends Survey has revealed the practices located in the North of England are the most confident about growth in workloads over the next quarter. 

9B is also receiving a number of jobs from practices outside London who are struggling to find qualified staff in their area. The majority of positions are for Architects with around 5 years post part 3 and unfortunately the number of roles for architectural assistants is very low. There are currently 20% fewer opportunities being advertised on the leading job boards compared to last month. This creates a great opportunity for practices who do decide to recruit at this level as there are some fantastic Part 2s registering with 9B.
